Production follow up: We have a good set up to execute the order properly and ensuring the on time delivery with good quality. Production is followed-up daily by our qualified team of Merchandisers who carefully take care the status of raw materials, accessories, knitting, dyeing, sewing, washing, finishing etc. Quality team followed-up the production at factory ground and ensure the quality and they communicate with the merchandising team for each and every issues.
Minimum order quantity: We offer to our clients to place minimum order quantities of 5000 pcs/style or 1000 pcs/color. For the biggest order quantities we can offer more competitive prices.
Quality: Quality comes first. As a client you have the right to expect high quality garments. Amam Sourcing Ltd.will ensure the quality and committed to achieve satisfactory level of the client. Amam Sourcing Ltd. ensure the quality of first lot of fabric of every new order which is tested at their in-house facilities or sometimes from SGS, ITS for more confirmation. Once approved the fabrics, factory may proceed with cutting. After pilot run assessment Amam Sourcing Ltd. given permission to run the bulk production means we ensure the quality from 1st pieces of product. Once completed the production, Amam Sourcing Ltd. quality team will conduct a final audit. Before shipment we will send a final audit report to our client. In case of nominated audit team, Amam Sourcing Ltd. team can cooperate with them as their requirement. We will send production samples before shipment for the final approval of our client. Which samples collect from the first lot of production and submitted to the client immediately.
Logistics: Amam Sourcing Ltd. is able to provide a service from factory to your store in case of logistics. We carefully selected a world class freight forwarder and they are able to provide you a good service. Also Amam Sourcing Ltd. will cooperate with any nominated freight forwarder of our client. Our logistic staff will monitor the ex-factory of goods to the Chittagong Port. They will closely follow-up both with the freight forwarders and the factory team to ensure that goods are delivered properly.
Payment: Letter of Credits (L/C) at sight but after build-up the relationship with our clients; we may select the convenient payment method as per both parities convenience.
